What is the point of this?  Are they trying to get him in the draft or do they think he'll win the Butkus award or something?

Shows we are willing to go the extra mile to provide exposure for our players.  Probably a recruiting thing more than anything. We did something similar for McLemore last year.

I get McLemore if you think that exposure gets you the Wooden or whatever.  K-State did it with Klein's heisman bid.  I don't get it with a LB that has a 0% chance of winning anything if he doesn't get 200 tackles and 15 sacks this season.
