Love this, spend hours staring at it figuring out which city's are the dots of light. Also love to compare different parts of the world. Check out the difference between N and S Korea

Some kid that keeps hanging around my house.

If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

question for all you geektool guru's out there (asava, chingon, etc.).  do i have to be, like, really good at programming or something in order to make something that looks nice?  I want to use it but kinda  :ohno:

really simple. in fact you can google most things you want to do and just copy paste. plenty of geektool communities out there that pave the way for new users. you can do a ton with it, however i like to keep it fairly simple as i have most of my computer information in my dashboard through widgets. i just like plain and simple desktops. but there are some crazy things people do. this are a couple of the craziest i have seen:

where do people get the high resolution pictures to use?

true that. i do the same thing with gifs but it sucks that i have to wait until the lady is gone and draw the shades in order to wade (see: fap) through the filth.

also the premise/organization of the website is non-user friendly.
