I’m more sympathetic to Israel’s situation than Palestine’s, but I admit that there is a better argument for “no Israeli citizens” than there is for “no Palestinian citizens.”

The Palestine people are not able to elect their leaders. The Israeli people choose their leaders. The IDF is a function of the electorate in Israel. Hamas is not a function of the electorate in Palestine.

I agree with this. All Israelis are in the military as a byproduct of their situation of being under constant attack. Oct 7th may be the end of terrorist rule over many or all Arab countries in the region, maybe even Iran, if Israel is allowed to finish. There could finally be peace in the region.

This is the Israel war master thread I guess because after completely destroying syrias navy and Air Force, Israel announced they were expanding settlements in the illegally occupied Golan Heights and are also expanding that border further in to Syria.

Wouldn’t ya know it, more security concerns have once again led to civilian settlements on stolen land from a neighbor.

If you are an American citizen killed at a protest by the IDF, you get a half-hearted letter 3 months later saying there is no update after 100 congressman asked for a thorough and timely investigation in to your killing. Just a big shrug and a reminder that Israel is just a little late on their homework, but hey they are busy fighting several wars so just hang in there.
