it sounds like a real crap hole.

Honestly, it's not. We always go to the original downtown off southwest and we've never had any problems. However, I hear they have special housing around the one off 75th st.

yeah, those apartments at 75th & Quiviera have to be some of the cheapest in all of JoCo, I remember non college attending friends from HS renting 2 bedroom apartments there for like $400/mo back in the 90s and the area has done nothing but go downhill since.

Ah yes, the Rolling Meadows apartments.  A couple of my buddies lived there around '97-98 or so except they called it Rolling Head-ows because supposedly a lady went crazy and cut off her kid's head or something.  Did this really happen or is it some sort of JoCo urban legend??
