Wacky, when I'm faced with irritating behavior from people in public places I never confront the person or group, I just leave.  They let you know that they didn't respect you or your dining experience when they let the baby go on crying, it would be rare that a group that behaves like this would acquiesce to the remedies ms. Wacky suggested.
it’s not like I’m tired of WINNING, but dude, let me catch my breath.

Well, two weekends ago we stopped by the margaritas off 75th st. after we got back from the lake. We wanted to treat Ms wacky's mother to a marg or two, but they were going to come later. As we waited in the bar area, this group of 7, sat in the corner and kept laughing as their baby was screaming bloody murder. They did nothing abut this, in fact, they encouraged it and thought it was funny. Many in the restaurant started to get restless, as few started to glare at the ppl to do something. However, nothing was done.

Soon, the next thing you knew, 3/4 of the bar had cleared. Ms. wacky and I tried to remain calm, but watching them laugh at their baby crying for 30 minutes and doing nothing about it finally got to us. So Ms. wacky kindly leaned over to them and said: "Hi guys. I really don't wanna be this person, but your baby has been going off for about 30 minutes and I'm just asking if you could take him outside or try and figure out the problem. I know how infants can be."

Well, it didn't matter how nice Ms. wacky was about it. These ppl flipped crap. "eff you little overland park princess!" "How dare you talk like that about my baby! (throws chips) etc". I finally stand up and say: "Cool your crap. She was trying to be nice about it. Now you guys wanna speak up?!". After this, one of the guys came racing over behind me at my table and leaned in and said: "YOU mumped WITH THE WRONG NI$$3R TODAY! (as a I lol'd out loud)" It was at this time, a police officer had arrived and escorted the young gentlemen. trying to remain calm, as Ms. wacky kept asking me to do, I looked the other way as their table kept making () signs at me and telling me to eff my own white ass. Anyways, the family waited outside for me for about 20 minutes, but the cops got them to go. It  was a real blast you guys! Also, we had to tell ms. wacky's family to go back to their house because crap had somehow gone down.  :ohno:

Jason King keeps odd company.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

That dip is amazing.  I used to have a part time gig at a video store in that general area and there were many families like that who'd come in and raise havoc without giving an eff. One lady's kid crap through his pants and onto the floor and she saw it, pointed at it and told me someone should clean that up while she tried to check out.  Nassssty.

Honestly, it's not. We always go to the original downtown off southwest and we've never had any problems. However, I hear they have special housing around the one off 75th st.

yeah, those apartments at 75th & Quiviera have to be some of the cheapest in all of JoCo, I remember non college attending friends from HS renting 2 bedroom apartments there for like $400/mo back in the 90s and the area has done nothing but go downhill since.

With a bunch of gainfully employed people living in them, but fudging the numbers on the leases because everyone else does it.
