Also, I think you're just as likely to have piece of crap tenants in Kechi as you would in a more urban location.
i just re-read this thread and saw this post and my previous post and had a moment to contemplate. This post is correct. I was trying to get across that you never want to be the cheapest option on the market. You can list a Kechi place for an above market price just as well a place down in College Hill.
