I like soccer but that's the lamest cheer ever. If our students start doing that weak Navy cheer then I'll quit going to games. That would be embarassing. A weak cheer for weak teams like Navy.

Sorry "I believe" is for losers whether it's for the Royals, Navy football, or USA soccer. It's like admitting you're weak but still think somehow you will pull off an undeserved victory.

I'm not really a fan of the chant. Kinda find it to be rather lame and over used in general but now I want to hear it at every home game. It will put a big smile on my face. Thanks :-)

It is not ours. It has no tie to Kansas State. It makes us look dumb and unoriginal.

Don't mind the cheer. Really surprised anyone that is the fan of a quality team would want that done at their games though. Would have been a good cheer for our mens basketball through the Asbury, Wooly years, but man it really does come off as a cheer done by fans of a team that really don't expect to win, but want very badly to believe they can. That fits well with USA soccer over most of my lifetime. USA has improved though and I would hope if/when they start routinely winning the fans will retire that cheer. We have plenty of cheers at KState. Please soccer fans, (and I'm not a soccer hater) don't bring that to KSU. Please.
It really does make sense for a program like Utah St or the military academies though.
Let's let KU get that one going. It is very appropriate for them. They are trying to believe that they can win games. That is exactly the kind of fan base that needs a cheer like that. I am betting we will see that or hear about it being done at KU games/tailgates.
