I have to buy a new razor in the near future. I'm weighing the options myself but could use ALL of your help.

The options are as follows:

A- Buy a new straight razor (which kind?)
B- Buy an electric razor (which kind?)
C- Buy more cartridges for the Gillette Mach razor I already own (For some reason this is more expensive than buying a new razor entirely)

Now, I own an electric razor that I used to use when I first started shaving, but I found it works better on other places  . I shave about every other day. What should I do, you guys?

I don't think it would.  it's pretty much specifically designed with one area in mind.

guys, i have a canadian friend that says a regular razor works just fine for shaving balls, take that fwiw
