In an era where state support of public universities is dwindling every year, and with athletic departments making huge amounts of money. A mandatory student fee on every tuition bill to specifically support athletics is absurd. Of course in light of all that, ku then slaps students right in the face because they didn't kowtow to athletic and administration demands to keep the fees.
