Last time I went to Rosedale the burnt ends weren't even burnt.  No color to them at all......it was like eating eating little gray cubes of roast beef.

I actually like zarda.  But the best is jack stack if you ask me. 

Oklahoma Joes is good, but I think the hype is mostly due to "omg good BBQ in a gas station?! :surprised:"
