finally had a dude look at mine a few months ago that had been on for years. there were like 3 cylinders mumped up and some other stuff, so I just waited until it quit running on I-70 over by that Abilene sex shop...

You can go buy a code reader at O'Reilly's for $150 or so. It will spit out a code and then you can look it up on the net to see how serious it is. Most of those will also clear out the code for you as well. I have one and it works great.
why buy the code reader though when the o'reily's people will just use one of theirs and check your car for you for free?

Plus, you can throw back some brews with your neighbor while you hook up their sled and see what the problem is.
