said tractor trailer in an article i read, which led me to believe a semi, but then i realized we're talking iowa here, so probably a cab-less tractor pulling some old wagon

The old guy was driving a regular tractor and Soules was driving a pickup truck. It was on a county road. I have two tractors here on my property that could absolutely be pushed into a ditch by one of these speeding huge dualie, extended cab trucks that Soules undoubtedly drives. The cops found empty alcohol containers in his truck as well.

He has been arrested for OWI before and had a separate open container citation on another occasion.

not if he gives his boy chris harrison a call and asks him to pull some vip hollywood strings for him.  i have to imagine a gigantic stud like harrison rolls pretty deep and has connections everywhere.

I would be stunned if he did a day over 1 year. Unless he was completely crap faced it's going to be difficult to prove how impaired he was because he left the scene and was found later. Also his attorneys can point out the fact that this tractor was on the road at night, obviously difficult to see. Of all of the high profile vehicular manslaughter cases that involve alcohol that I know of, I can't recall the offender getting long sentences. I'm sure there are cases of a chronic drunk driver killing a family of 5 that got like 10 years or something.

In KS they have up to 3 hours after an accident to breathalyze you and charge you with DUI.

On his season, I remember them having the girls compete in a bikini tractor race or something.

yeah, i don't know much about these cases, just seems leaving the scene, the guy dying, and the alcohol is all pretty damning stuff

Heard this morning his charges have a five year max, he definitely won't spend more than a year in jail.

This show would be a lot better if the cast united and refused to play the characters.

The season teaser had some interesting things, but I'd like to see them over 8-10 1-hour episodes instead of however long this thing's gonna drag on.  I don't think I'm gonna make it.

I'd watch a documentary on the #producing that goes on, with the saga of how this lady was ordered to pick the whaboom'r as an example.

Just watched last week's episode, holy crap, the most obvious sign that this crap is take that I've ever seen. Of course they had to wait for the first black bachelorette to turn the farce all the way up to 100.

Also why is the bachelorette so much worse than the bachelor?

Just saw a spoiler of what happened tonight, just more of the circus.

Her law career has been portrayed as much further along than Andi's, but apparently still not enough to compare favorably to the prospects of being a reality tv person.

that makes absolutely no sense.  BiP is all about misconduct, that's the basis of the damned show
