I wish McNeese would play NDSU and stomp them into the dirt. Daniel Sams would have like 250 yds rushing.
Luke's stock is rising as Winters continues to validate his greatness. Add Luke and Winters to my list! Also, EMAWBLAST! and Tobias!

Okay, for any of you guys that are bored.   Video highlights of the last game.   Who said Daniel couldn't throw?

By the way, I'm the guy with the camera getting up to my feet behind the endzone after Daniel's TD pass.   I'm also the guy with the camera and the disgusted look after Ark. Tech scored their only TD.

Oh, and guess who the guy is at the 7:20 mark dressed in a McNeese shirt and who says Geaux Pokes?  Hint:  His team had an open date this week after dismantling LSU in Tiger Stadium last week and his name has been mention in the same sentence as the word Heisman.   He was originally from this area and he was actually born in the hospital here in Sulphur, LA (At least, that is what someone told me).

are you shooting with a 70-200 2.8?

Yes, most of the football photos are with a Canon 70-200mm F2.8 IS version I.   But when the ball was thrown right towards me, I realized that it was going to be too close for the bigger zoom, so I dopped that camera (I was wearing a dual harness) and picked up the other camera which had a Sigma 17-50mm F2.8 on it that I was using mainly for sideline, fan shots, cheerleader, etc.   And I got the photo below.

Not hardly.   It is the Fieldhouse that was renovated and rebuilt a few years ago.   It cost enough so if it is a Morton building, we got took bigtime.   ;-)

I will work on that.   I'll go tell him pregame that some K-State fans want to see him smiling.  ;-)

Good luck this weekend with Texas Tech.   They had a hard time with Central Ark. the first game, so you guys should be able to take them.

Interesting that the McNeese fans think a kick-off and helping an injured player off the field are highlights. Are these normally things McNeese have problems with?

He was in first in the last two games but both games were blow outs so we played other QB's.   This past game, all five Qb's got into the game.   Daniel started both the game and the second half.   And Daniel is getting his passing touch back.   He hadn't been able to pass much before fall camp because he was healing from hand surgery.    He was 8-11 with 1 TD in his limited time.   He threw some very good balls.   Especially, the TD pass where he showed a nice touch floating over a defender to WR Ernest Celestie in the corner of the endzone.   Also, a medium depth laser to a wide open receiver near the sideline.

If your coach would have pulled his head out of his ass and just named Daniel the starter before practice even started, McNeese would be undefeated right now.

Actually, the player being helped off was a lowlight.   It was a redshirt freshman WR who we were real excited about because he had a basketball rebound mentality for any ball close to him.   It was close to him, it was his no matter if there was a DB close.   He is a player that looked to have a bright future this season.  He blew out his knee on what should have been a TD catch.    See the photo below.

Well, you want to me to take it down?   We have a private group that FormerPokeCenter (who has posted on goEMAW.com before) belongs to.   He that he hated to sound like a whimp but he asked me to remove it because he had such an injury during his playing days and every time he saw the photo, he had flashbacks.    And that photo wasn't as bad as this one.
