I will also note that the HBP was obviously coming after how he posed for that homer. It could be bases loaded in the 9th of game 7 of the WS and Maldonado is making you take one for that.

The post season format really punishes teams that suck at home. If you are the higher ranked team you should get the option of whether you want to have the 2-3-2 be home-away-home or vice versa

Realistically of the teams left, Dback/Rangers is the one I will be happy for either team to win. I like it when teams who haven't won it at all/been a long time get one.
