Hey guys, no one here is ashamed of their musical choices.  No need to try and bring them down for what they like.  This is a board for support.  We come here to realize we all have a little bit of a weird taste in music etc. and that's ok.

Kyle “The Triggerman” Coroneos is the editor, creator, head writer, and benevolent dictator of savingcountrymusic.com.

The Triggerman lives in his mom’s basement, and over-glorifies the obscure music that he loves while bashing anything that he doesn’t solely because its popular. He NEVER actually listens to the music he criticizes, is strictly motivated by jealousy, and has no right to criticize music because he has never played it, never written songs, and never toured as a musician. He is also is a virgin, and doesn’t know how to please women in bed. In short, he is a nerdy crybaby who uses a moderately successful online platform make himself feel better about his pathetic life.

I used to listen to a lot of Rush, and still have to get my fix from time to time.  I remember there used to be a stigma associated with that, as in people loved or hated them. But now in their own way, they're now "cool" and all those musicians and groups talk about how they were influenced by them.

Oh yeah; Duran Duran, INXS, The Fixx.

LOL, I remember all my rocker friends used to smirk and laugh at Duran Duran, and my god those guys are good musicians.

Also Flock of Seagulls- Paul Reynolds was/is a really good guitar player.
