I'm halfway through chapter six of house of cards. It seems like a shittier west wing. Maybe that article about Netflix and puppet strings has incepted me though.

Yeah, I'm through 5 or 6 as well. I think I like it? Not sure why though. West Wing is better, but it is a better show than a lot of shows on TV.

those 5-10 seconds when the truck busted through the gate and sat there without anything moving was great.

this show might be the best show ever at creating scenes in complete silence.

New Walking Dead is good. Merle is irredeemable to me. I don't care that he helped Rick at the end (and I'm sure TWD will lazily use that to say he's a changed man), they should just kill him.

at first i thought that the masked person who drove the zombie delivery truck was andrea...thought that i saw some blond hair flowing. but it was probably just a random governor worker bee.

this has to actually have some impact on the future of the story. the fact that

- the driver was obviously a woman
- the driver was fully masked and covered
- rick ran out of ammo right before shooting the driver (i.e. the driver didn't die)

all point to the fact that there is something important regarding that event.

Finished up The Wonder Years. I really think the earlier ones, when he's in middle school, are the best. Maybe those episodes just connected with me more personally. Also,

at Dlew12 and Daris thinking Becky Slater was a better fit for Kevin than Winnie. That girl was crazy. If I had to pick someone besides Winnie, I'd pick Madeline or Cara. Cara smoked cigarettes!

Also, I think Chuck is really underrated when people talk about characters from The Wonder Years. Man he was great.
