No Squid Game watchers here?
Seems like a perfect 1 season phenomenon and no reason to ruin that by watching the inevitable follow up money grab

Also a season oner.  It ended well and I don't think it needed to add anything so I won't let it.

I'm rewatching The Crown. Why do I love this show so much? Not sure, but I do.

I'm 2 episodes into season 3 right now, sidebar this episode was the absolute saddest episode of the series so far. Anyway, I liked season 2 and so far so good for season 3, but I can see why people don't like either. The entire premise of seasons 2 and 3 are preposterous on top of an already bat crap concept of a show. I get that it's a show about people getting murdered in wild ass quantities and no one ever comes to look for them, so it stretches credulity, but the problem is that concept already stretches the imagination to it's limits, seasons 2 and 3 goes like 97 steps beyond that.

I think Seasons 2-3 have been pretty much as enjoyable as Season 1, so I really don’t get people that love 1 but dislike 2 or 3.

I don’t think it has to do with Seasons 2/3 jumping the shark. The entire premise is insane when you consider the logistics that would have to be involved to conduct those games involving hundreds of people in total secrecy for 10+ years or however long it was.

Claire Foy and that Frankenstein looking dude have great chemistry.

Season 1 used an absurd premise to provide social commentary. The following seasons added nothing to the social commentary while having an even more absurd premise. It's still a fun show if you like watching grown people kill themselves playing children's games, though.

I thought the voting segments in Season 2 hit just as hard on social commentary. Not trying to Pit, but it immediately made me reflect on people voting for Trump despite every indication it was going to work out poorly for them.
