Adolescence was very good.  Technically incredible.
Yes, just watched yesterday and it's an incredible achievement. The kid, the therapist (?), the mom, tommy from snatch, all amazing performances too. Very heavy show, and it captures this moment and the fears of parents (or prospective parents) really well. Also captures the chaos and hopelessness (from an administrator pov) of high school very accurately. I love that the main detective didn't even follow through to file the charges that he'd been working on the whole time, just to spend time with his son instead. It's an emotionally draining tv investment

I've heard this is good and that we should all watch. Would you watch with your kids or is it too much for tweens? My kid saw the preview and wants to watch but I haven't looked in to it enough.
It's centered around a 13 year old accused of murder. There is also intense discussion of sexuality, incels/manosphere, bullying, and parenting. There is no graphic violence or any depictions of sex or nudity, but there is frequent profanity in a very British working class type of way. I think it would be an incredible opportunity to discuss these very real topics with a tween who is no doubt already exposed to these issues with their peers.

Episode 3 was by far my favorite.

Dope Thief on Apple tv is pretty good.

Basic plot summary is 2 guys pretend to be DEA agents robbing small time dealers in Philly but get in over their heads with a big score.

Finished Lost!!!! That was a really fun family thing. I had remembered most of it, but was still grabbed. My view of the ending changed a bit the second watch, but I'm still good with it. The kids were a bit confused by it all, but all enjoyed. I'm prob out on any more 600 episode shows for a bit. We did like 2-3 eps almost every free night and really plowed through it. Glad to have a break.

Finished season 2 of 1923 and it did not disappoint. I think it’s over but great season.

We ripped through all 3 seasons of White Lotus. That was a trip.

Now we are planning an Indonesia and Thailand adventure.

The little nods to things in the game, but not fully in the show (like to dog employee of the month).

Should I rewatch any of the last season of Last Of Us or just jump into #2?

Just jump in. They also have a “last season” at the beginning of this episode.

The episode starts with a 2 minute scene right after the events of last season, then it jumps 5 years.

I never played the game. I'm just satisfying my love for post-apocalyptic entertainment.

Young Jesse Gemstone doesn’t get as much credit as young Judy Gemstone. That kid nails it every time.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

I can't fathom having the time to rewatch a previous season of a show. Barely have time to watch new shows as it is
