dove into this over the weekend and i'm really enjoying it. Bill Camp plus Peter Sarsgaard is magic. was sad when i got done with e4 and realized they hadn't release e5 yet. What has pissed me off the most is that one of their recaps before a new episode they showed something from their spinoff. It seemed to be a cheap attempt to get people to watch the spinoff by connecting the two.

Started The Boys last week, not something I'd normally watch but the viral homelander memes got me. Just finished season two last night. I really liked season one, season two a little less. Shows that the premise is essentially, how will they/he/she get out of trouble this time, is a lot like eating donuts, there are diminishing returns for me. I'll catch up with the four seasons by the end of the month, not sure I'll go much further if the formula of the show continues to be what it is.

Sidenote apparently there's some minor controversy about Erin Moriarty being image shamed, which is wild, she's absolutely gorgeous. What could there possibly be to image shame her about?

Shocking to hear. I thought and the general consensus was that season 2 was significantly better. Adam and Fia completely suffocated the first season.

Hmmm. She had plastic surgery? After she started the show? That's wild. I feel like the beauty of her face is a central character, for sessions 1 and 2 anyway. Like Starlight and Starlight's face are two completely different characters playing different roles. She's not my type but I think she's shockingly beautiful and her look is perfectly cast for the role.

I also since found out that Megyn Kelly was the person who started this controversy, which is hilarious for several reasons.
