Basically there is a murder every episode and a celebrity guest has no script or idea what is going on, but has to improvise while Will Arnett fucks with them

This looks great and I will prob think about, but forget to watch it.

I watched a couple of episodes last night.  I enjoyed it.  Marshawn Lynch was very good.

Jack Reacher tv series sucks. I wanted to kill it after half hour but persevered to the end of ep 1. Won't watch anymore.

I’m two episodes in and have the exact opposite take.  Series so far is much truer to the books… guilty pleasure, fast read about a one man homeless A-team that is bigger and tougher and smarter than everybody combined.  Tom Cruise as Reacher was such an abomination.  His size and brute strength are a key element of the character.

I watched a couple of episodes of Reacher too - I thought it was fine.  It's not going to surprise anybody with greatness but it's exactly what it sets out to be.

This is the correct take.  Was exactly what it was supposed to be.  The hook at the end of ep. 1 was pretty well done.

I liked it. Not amazing but probably 2-3 lol moments per episode for me, which is about as much as you could ask for (basically) a sketch comedy.

I also really liked the Marshawn one. He seemed completely oblivious to the clues but I actually thought he did as good improv as any of the other comedians.

mrs mocat and i have read the Golden Compass so we watched the movie and were so disappointed that we just immediately started bingeing His Dark Materials. it's so great but especially after watching the movie. really unfair to the filmmakers to make them cram an entire fantasy novel into under two hours. the funnest part of fantasy genre is world-building, and the show gets to do a ton of that at its own pace.
anybody finish this show? we have only watched two or three eps now.

there are 2 seasons so, I would imagine they have one more season to go. Me and Mrs BAC enjoyed it a lot.

just to clarify when you say you read the golden compass did you also read the subtle knife and the amber spyglass?

I completely forgot about this coming out.  Will Arnett is pretty great so not surprised this show is good.
