There is a new season of 'The Movies That Made Us" on Netflix. I love that show. There are only 4 new episodes but I've watched two of them and they're great.

Did you watch the crappy movie sequel yet?

Watched the movie over the weekend. Yeah some of the plot lines (locking up the royal servants, etc) were contrived and corny but I'm not sorry I watched it.

Yeah, it was fun.

The finale, and show as a whole, wasn't as climactic as I was hoping for. Still enjoyed it.

got through the first two 'sodes of F boy. Garret's poem was incredible. he reminded me a little bit of rob lowe from parks and rec.

Just finished the 100' wave docu-series on HBO. I enjoyed it, a little over the top on the surfer psycho-babble at times. But watching the evolution of surfing at Nazare' is pretty interesting.

And just watching the size of those waves is bonkers.

Haha. That’s great. I know that if I went on a show like that I would instantly be him. It’d be humiliating. Poor guy was not cut out for it.

Search for Antonio Laureano, allegedly he got a 100 footer last fall. The wave doesn't have anywhere near the shape of Kai Lenny's that won him the Nazare' tow contest. But i think it got him the world record. McNamara will probably spend the rest of his life in Nazare' so he doesn't miss that chance again.
