i finished master of none and i can tell you that it is adorable. and it's also basically a 10 episode woody allen show written by and starring aziz instead of woody. i mean right down to the credits at the beginning of each episode. it's great if you're into good conversational humorous/satirical writing, starring youngish people walking around new york (i am)

"You're the Worst" is losing it's grip. Apparently the girl character on the show has depression. And it is rough ridin' up the story line. The last two episodes were complete dog crap.

i mean i see where you're coming from. but to me the big difference is that there is a finite number of shows to watch, especially if you eliminate children's shows and stupid shows. i mean there's netflix, hbo, amc and like the random mr robot thing. there is an infinite number of beers that no one has ever heard of and an even infinter infinite number of obscure artists/songs (+ taylor swift, but nothing in between) that michigancat listens to. in this thread when someone brings up a show at least everyone has heard of it

"here is the name of the show that i like for reasons x, y, and z" BOOM you already know the genre, network, and probably main actor(s), and you can tell if it is a stupid show (you have to watch it with commercials) or not. and you can look it up on imdb because ratings don't lie son
