In N Out of State Tuition
« on: December 01, 2021, 11:32:37 AM »
So, my high school-aged daughter has begun to look at colleges.  We're planning to go to Manhattan in the spring to tour the campus.

While I live in Texas, I do own 80 acres of land in Kansas.  Would that qualify her for in-state tuition or would she need to actually live in KS?

Thanks, guys.  As a remote employee, I could easily start using my KS address as my legal residence if I decide to go that route.   I'd have to make sure she was committed to going to KSU otherwise I'd be paying KS income taxes for no reason.
