Wow and there are 325 lineman running that fast? That is pretty wild.

Speaking of EMAW ruggers in the EU, a former EMAW rugby player has been selected to represent the Norweigian national team next week against Sweden.

The football thing has been going on for a while in the US with the US national team trying to convert ex-football players to 7s rugby.  Carlin Isles is the most notable because of his ridiculous highlight films, but there are quite a few others.  Leonard Peters was a safety at Hawaii and briefly for the Chicago Bears.  He played for the US in 2009-2010, but has since fallen off the scene.  The picture below from the 2010 Vegas 7s national invitational has ex-MU players Tommy Saunders and Tony Temple playing with the KC Blues.  Saunders went on to represent the US national team for a year or so before giving up rugby.  There are also 4 EMAWs and at least 2 posters in the picture.

:adios:

That Figurs return makes me realize how much of a step back our Special Teams have taken under HCIWSS
