Denis, or as I called him "El Presidente"  was a special cat.    Heart behind that 09-10 team

There's Denis parts in the PW video where if you didn't know better, you'd think the video was in fast forward.

That 09-10 team was the greatest combination of lovable characters and basketball we'll ever see.

Yes, Yes YES!!

Where's the GREAT NIGHT video?  Pete?  Probably you, sd, once you refocused from shooting videos of homeless magicians.

Those videos make us look better on O than we really were though.

I thought we were sloppy on offense with Martin and threw up some ridiculous weird shots at times.  We were more of a physical defensive team from my eye.

So very true.

Dom had some serious spring. Still sad he left. But man, was Denis fun to watch.

Yes, that offense wasn't pretty for basketball purists (okay shooting, too many turnovers), but we oboarded and FT rated the heck out of our opponents. It was great.

My buddy used to DJamer at Tubby's dance side and Denis would always come up in the booth and hang out with him. I'm trying to find this great picture of Denis in the DJamer booth wearing some gigantic elvis type sunglasses, its amazeballsadorables.

I recently discovered that video as well.

...basically what watching those highlights makes me feel like.

Those jerseys. I want us to wear them always and forever.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.
