Coaching at your alma mater would suck. If it doesn't work out, there will always be a dark cloud over you; if it works out and you want to go to the NBA (Fred) you'd be hated by fans for leaving, despite what you gave to the school.

If I was a coach, I'd never want to coach at my alma mater.

That's my point.  If oscar missed 2 NCAAs, we'd be calling for his head on a stake.  Huggy misses 2 in a row and he's fine.  young team.  improving.  fans should be happy, etc.  Weird double standard.
