First, I didn't know that was a thing and it is incredibly mumped up. Second, these two defectives would just have more hernias from squating to poop and pee, not less. It can't be easier and their crappy stomach muscles are already terrible at holding their guts in.

I've had one for a couple years now. I saw a surgeon after about a year and he recommended not doing surgey unless it became a problem (big & painful). After reading Metalhead's story, I think it was the right call. I still run, lift, exercise with no issues.

Didn't have a full blown hernia (intestine didn't penetrate the hole... ha), but the hole was there. When I would stand for a really long time, the intestine would put pressure on the hole. This got old when I was trying to mack on the babez at bars so I got it looked at.

Big hole through my belly button, two small holes on sides of abs, one mesh screen and a tightening of the hole later and I'm ship-shape. Can't see any of the three scars and I was boozing within 18 hours of surgery. I was lifting and back on the rugby team by February (had the surgery over Christmas break). Oh, and performing like the stud I am in the bedroom I think a couple nights later.
