Lol what a rough ridin' joke.  We have looked unprepared and badly coached for 3 straight games.  Marcus has also looked like garbage in 3 straight games.

Last year at this game I stood in the OU student section wearing purple going crazy. We won.

This year (today) I'll be standing in the OU student section wearing purple going crazy. We'll win?

You're not going crazy.  Nice emaw shirt tho
:lol: :lol:
Fifteen minutes later, when the Kansas locker room opened its doors to the media, the Jayhawks were still crying. Literally, bawling. All of them. I've never seen anything like it, and I've seen devastated college locker rooms -- after losses in the Final Four, the national championship game -- ever

The first twenty minutes was just to make the crowd go home at halftime.  Watch for a huge come from behind victory in the second half.

Not one aspect did we play even decent in the first half

PPP differ = OU 1.37, Ksu .73
OR = OU 44.4, Ksu 16.7
TO= OU 10.0, Ksu 23.3
eFG= OU 57.5, Ksu 43.8

Its bad enough OU is shooting really well.  But they took 10 more shots from the field (and FTAs basicly even) because we are getting owned on TOs and ORs.

Hey, at least we kept the pace at only 30 possessions.

We have played a lot of good road games.  We are due for a bad one.  We aren't playing well right now.  We are banged up.  OU has week to rest/prepare.

We are going to get blown out.

That said, I can feel a mid-march peek coming for us.  Big 12 tourney champs.

This is a pretty shitty post.

Yep.  You are right again, tool.

ESPN hadn't updated their stats when I wrote earlier.  We actually had 10 TOs to OU's 3.    I guess it doesn't really matter, but it was worse than I originally thought

Meh. This was bound to happen to this team at some point.

Yay know, what is weird is that iirc, i was told that all those close losses were indicators of future success.  Man, I would feel like a complete rough ridin' dumbass if I said something like that.

Are we condemned to a future of this abortion of a style of play? Where we have to hope we keep the game to 60 possessions or less to win?

oscar seems to coach some kind of dumbed down version of Wisconsin Badger, Bo Ryan,  Dick Bennett, basketball. Except we don't have any post players that can step out and hit the three and we turn it over 100x more.

The close losses were indicators of future success. They still are really. Today's game is just another data point.

51 points in a half? That means we could score 102 in a game!  :ksu:

It was enough for the announcers to say good things about our team.  So there's that.
