I see old guys (60+) at the gym far more frequently now that are ripped and getting bigger.  NO doubt they are getting T injections and possibly getting HGH somewhere.  I have heard the T replacement is pretty pricey.  I would probably first try exercising and lifting some weights to get some T flowing in those muscles again before risking the T.  I have a hard time believing all these injections are really good for us old guys.

I didn't go to bed till 4am last night. Rolled around all night.  :frown: What's that mean? Woke up at 6:45 to workout, because I couldn't sleep. Probably my high anxiety and the fact I quit smoking. I can never sleep now.  :frown:

Yeah, I think that was the problem. I binged from Wednesday to Saturday last week. I'm trying to go without liquor and stopped smoking last Tursday. I was always a light smoker, but did it when I drank, and I binged a lot the last couple of months. I'm on this new workout plan tho!
