Jevon can be good down the road in his career, but right now he shouldn't be seeing the floor. Jevon has hit a wall after he played pretty good his 1st few games. Every once in a while he has moments like tonight when he drove to the bucket & dished it to DJamer for an easy 2. I don't understand why the other team would leave their feet when Jevon has the ball since he doesn't really have the ability to score. If I was the coach for the other team & K-State is in the bonus (like that would happen, KSU in the bonus at anytime in regulation lol) I would call a Hack-a-Jevon defense & let Jevon shot free throws to waste a KSU possession.

This off-season Jevon better work on shooting jumpers & free throws otherwise he is useless.

I disagree with this line of thinking. I'm fine with benching him for a period of time, but I don't think he deserved to sit the rest of the game because of one mistake. (even if it was really bad).

I agree (with you). I think at some point they should've given him another shot, the guy played pretty good against Kansas. And its not like Jevon was doing great, his really dumb turnover late in the game hurt us badly (and its likely a decision Nigel wouldn't have made, not that he wouldn't have made a different mistake.)

Thomas is going to be a stud down the road.  We have to accept that there are going to be growing pains, like with angel as a freshman.  Thomas brings quickness and speed you can't coach.  I bet weber gets his shot squared away this summer.

All our freshman are very good.  Just have to love with freshman things, such as losing games we shouldn't on the road.
