I have a KC star article signed by him when he signed his major extension. I was going to burn it, but I guess we could bid on it.

I didn't burn mine, I just took it out of the case and started playing pick-up basketball with it.

Sure.  There'll likely be some other Frank-signed stuff, so it could go in with that for one big Frank-themed package or just be its own thing.

Historically, a lot of the things that get auctioned aren't stuff that would fetch a lot of money in the world at large, but do with this audience and for this cause.
