Those are my favorite, but that's as much about my own schedule as it is the time zone.  Having those games completely out of the way before night even starts is perfect.

I lived in England for 4 years as kid Abe and got to rep some GMT. The original old school stud timezone.

Then I spent 2 years in Guam which of course is the infamous Chamorro Time Zone (EST +15 hrs). Talk about a mindfuck. They didn't even attempt to do TV. All tv shows were 2 weeks behind. 1 week if you were lucky. Sports was a mess. The Superbowl was on at 8am on a Monday. During the summer I did get to watch ESPN night baseball at 10am which was kinda cool.

CST is definitely my favorite. MST a solid 2nd (for night sports)
