college bball refs literally give KU wins (needs to stop)

i'm seriously pissed off when i think about what the ku k-state series has become over the past 20 years.  am i mad at k-state?  no.

i'm mad because 2x every single year i have to watch the officials hand the squawks a bunch of calls.  then the game gets out of reach and then the zebras start calling stuff our way.  but it's too damn late to matter at that point.

every single person on this bbs knows it will happen tonight and so will america.   how do we get the worst offenders fired?

you would think that if ku had a lick of class that they would say something to the officials but no way- they're complacent with these wins. 

that's just the sad, sickening, truth.

No way they say anything to the refs.  Doing so would basically guarantee a Cat win and Bill knows this.  Last year they barely hung on to tie us in conference.  Do you think Bill wants to just give it to us out right this year?  Nope!

I'd like to say that every team thinks that their own team gets the shaft from refs, but even with us destroying Texas, I think there were a lot of missed calls in that game.  To beat a media darling like KU you have to play expecting no fouls to be called on them.  oscar's current player rotation makes me excited about our depth.

no, this is definitely not true. I watch a lot of college bball (slang for basketball) and the refs in every other game are fine. there might have been a missed call in the iowa state/ku game last year but that's about all I can remember. the refs are out to get ksu and ku just sits there like "ball don't lie" when really its the refs that lie and screw us. im sick of it.

I always feel like it is a cop out to blame the refs.  But I feel like we are the only team in the BigXII that doesn't have home town officiating.  Ridley and those other posts got away with murder in the Texas game.  At one point in the game Shane got thrown to the ground and he looked at the ref and the ref just smiled and shook his head no.  Just like the ref in the LaSalle game when oscar tried to call a timeout.

It does really suck, the only justice is when ncaa tournament games are called fairly and they have to make their own way.  Even then
though they go in with a seed they don't fully deserve and coast to the sweet 16. The big 12 should just get rid of their asses, they

mu intimidates too but they use guns and violence to do it, instead of the cash that the jayhawks use to buy wins.  missouri is a very corrupt school where the school of hard knocks rules over the school of college.

I'm tier 2.  Unfortunately might not have time to get poster board and markers before heading to Bramlage.  Though if someone were to bring a few pieces, I'd make a few signs!

BITB has said it many times in the past, but if you want to beat KU you have to play to beat them by 15-20 just to overcome the refs and actually win by 3-5pts.

used to be a great hobby, but i'm turning my attention to baseball.

Above and beyond the normal ref problems, everyone in the conf basically knows that Sheldon Jr is the absolute worst, over the top, flopper in all of NCAA basketball.

I have seen a bunch of vids online of situations where he doesn't even get touched but flops back violently holding his face like he got elbowed.  The refs have totally let him by with this bs behavior lately too.
