Bryan Davis @B_Davis0
The same guy that talked crazy to me for 4 years. Smh but you should never put your hands on a fan.

John Lucas III         @Luke1luk
I just saw the video that same fan was at the games talking crazy even when I was in school I don't forget a face he says a lot of crazy ish Out of his mouth when u are in the game. And he is a grown man talking to kids the way he does

He's still a crazy person so I wouldn't feel too bad for him

Crazy but not a racist like smart labeled him. I think the guy could sue Marcus if he wanted.
RIP Coach Orr 1927-2013

Smart is so thin-skinned.  He didn't seem contrite today.  Looks like the "crap" show will continue four games hence.

Btw, help me understand the terms here.  If Marcus lied and told everyone Orr called him an n-word, is that considered "playing the race card"?

Thin-skinned and not contrite? He apologized directly to Orr and mentioned him by name, what in the hell did you want him to do?

We also have no idea if Smart told anyone that Orr said something racist, I tend to think that he didn't because of how Ford acted in the press conference. You still sore about that back flip?

In order to put this behind him, Marcus Smart is, reportedly, changing his name to Metta World Piece of Crap.

kind of off topic, but i was kind of far away from the tv last night when this was all going on and i couldn't fully read what the little "story" was called on the left side of sportscenter.  i think it actually said something like "marcus smart shoves fan" or something, and i thought it said "marcus smart flips again" and i was like whoa, what a clever headline.

Wwwwwwwwwhat? (Chappelle as L'il John).  That Marcus is thin-skinned shouldn't be controversial.  It's clear that no one would conduct that kind of behavior, so he was just saying what he had to say.  Regarding his level of contrition, I did specify that he didn't seem contrite - and that is obviously a personal opinion, but I axe you, did you feel like his apology was heartfelt? I did not.  I don't think he gives a crap.

I didn't find out about this till today. Had to work yesterday and stuff. Once I saw the replay, I instantly got heated once I thought that fat redneck said something out of line. I don't condone shitty behavior, but if that's all that was said, he obviously let the situation get the best of him (smart). That dude is a dumbass fat eff, but Smart was out of line if there was no racial slurs.

I told you Smart was a sociopath.  If calling someone a "piece of crap" makes you an awful person and a racist then the mods on this board are awful racists and I get a free shove(will take 3 game suspension).

Also, Smart saying that guy used a racial slur is worse than shoving him.  This guy will forever wear a scarlet "R" and that sucks for him

That is pretty mumped up.  It's like a verbal flop, but you're flopping with someone's life.

Here at goEMAW unfounded claims of racism are avant-garde, so this tragedy will likely go unnoticed.

I'm not sure what him being a back-flipping, crybaby, flopping douche has to do with him being sorry about pushing that man and getting suspended when his team needs him the most. Maybe you can help me with the correlation?

Do either of you have a link proving that Smart accused that man of this, because I've been following this pretty closely and I have yet to see this.

Two white guys playing the victim and making up "facts" in a race issue to make the poor poor white man seem more disenfranchised than he already is; isn't this a text book race card play?

I didn't see the game, just the 15 minutes of coverage on ESPNU.  It seemed pretty obvious that he was telling anyone who would listen that the guy said something racist.

Not sure you characterizing me as a cracker pulling the old reverse race card helps you much here.

So in your mind because he kicked that chair he couldn't possibly be contrite about either apology? After you apologize for something you then have to be mistake free?

Bigotry in all it's forms is pretty natural with humans, humans are intolerant of each other for every
Reason under the sun.  If I don't like, agree with, condone, accept, somebody else it is not my
Right to insist they change to my likeing, but I can choose not to associate with them.
