two things. First, love that their logo is just a picture of a chili with an apostrophe-s. Like, "I ain't even gotta spell it."

Second, holy crap, there's Chili'ses everywhere:

There's a Spangle's in Honduras, I drive by it on the way to the dive resort. Have not had the courage to go there, though. Something about private security with M-16's and riot shotguns makes the dining atmosphere less than relaxing. Probably don't have a need for that tight security at a PR Chili's.

I haven't been to a Chili's in a long time, but the one around here had a pretty good burger as I recall.

I met Ms. Wackycat there for lunch last week. We noticed they had an amazing HH. Like $2 bottomless chips, $3 wells, and $2 draft beers. I mean, that's not bad you guise.
