Kanye has always been my favorite artist since college, but man, i'm tired about hearing about him. Maybe it's because I can't stand all the Kim crap. I just need him to make more music.

I don't get Kanye, but whatever.  Who watches the grammy's anyways?  They gave out the main prize to the latest Beck album.  What percentage of the country even knew Beck made an album last year?  Who are these people?  I listen to music quite a bit and try to seek out new stuff and stay up to date, and even I didn't know Beck had a new album last year.  And the runner up for the best album of the whole year went to Beyonce?  Beck and Beyonce, 1 and 2.  "Best album" is a really subjective and stupid category.  I hate music award shows.

i'm not very knowledgeable in the "new music" scene but i do enjoy beck quite a bit.  some probably has to do with it being somewhat of a "comeback" album, some with it being stylistically similar to the widely beloved Sea Change album, but i'm pretty surprised myself.  hell, i didn't even know it was nominated until twitter blew up.

So stupid. She, nor Paris Hilton got famous for sex tapes. Hundreds of thousands of people are or have been on film having sex, I don't think porn companies are lining up to sell those tapes. I mean the of the porn was Kim K Superstar. I also hate the people that contend it was calculated to further her career. The tape was sold by rough ridin' loser Ray J and Kim got the tape off of the market and a $5 million dollar settlement.

So essentially this lady's boyfriend sold a private sex tape without permission years after she dumped him but she constantly gets crap on for it, pretty mumped up if you ask me.

"What n----- did in Paris had 'em hangin' off the Eiffel" <-- obv. reference to N----- in Paris, but perhaps a throwback reference to Paris Hilton and Kim's old crew? Who knows? This one might be a stretch.

Didn't argue that the sex tape didn't make her more famous. The larger point is that she didn't "make a sex tape to become famous" and saying or even implying it is deplorable and the worst kind of victim shaming.
