after a lot of self-reflection and getting all of my grievances out i can honestly say that i forgive you and hopefully we can share some cold ones in the Windy City this summer.

You have to answer previously leveled grievances before filing your own grievance.  Otherwise we'll create a glut in the grievance backlog.
