Orthopedist says I have good muscle tone (pretty sexy legs, tbh!), but not good flexibility.  He was amused by my honesty after asking how much stretching I do and I replied, "well ... none!" I'm seeing a physio this week, so maybe she'll recommend some strengthening exercises.
