well in his defense, it probably will suck. but OTOH mark teixera is a fat piece of garbage who never has to run anywhere so it shouldn't affect him too much

Winter schedule still isn't practical here unless you wanna build domes in half the cities. MLS will deal with the dumbass Nov-Dec WC.

Thing is he's dead wrong, it's like the opposite. It's gonna suck for NYCFC because of the dirt infield and base paths, it certainly won't be an issue for like you said, a fat ass first baseman. The sod they are going to lay on the infield and pitchers mound will be awful.
