About to go on my last decent run before the marathon one week from today.
Since I'm supposed to be tapering or whatever I think I'll probably keep it to about 7 miles max. Right? Or is even that too much?
Also IPA, what do I need to do fitness wise between now and next Sunday? Should I not run at all but ride my bike to work a few times? Do I run smaller ones on an elliptical a few more times?
