Yeah, that wasn't why I was unfamiliar with it.  I enjoy pretty much all cheeses but the very rotten and goaty.  This looks like one I would enjoy.

Got word from some people I know that work there that Raquet Cat was at local Omaha Indian eatery Tanduri Fusion last night.  Curious what he got.  Was it the Chicken Tikka Korma or was it something else that isn't nearly as good as the Chicken Tikka Korma?  Surely he had mulligatawny, SURELY!  :users:

Aloo palak, mutter mushroom, saag paneer, chole saag, rooti, naan?

Finished off w/ some kulfi, mango ice cream, or gulab jamun.
Where did you get that overnight bag?

They don't have stuff like that.  If I had to take a wild guess I'd guess he got one of these though:

There are 3 measures of an elite indian grocer:

1. Indian food/spices/ingredients. This of course is the most important.
2. Mango juice/nectar.  Do they sell this? If so, getting warmer.
3. Rents or sells bollywood videos.  The true separation between elite/non elite indian grocers.
Where did you get that overnight bag?

SD! How did you know I was there, it's like you have spies everywhere :peek: I didn't get the chicken tikka korma, sorry to disappoint, I got the Lamb Bhuna which was AMAZING!  :lick: Will definitely be going back ('cept mrs. raquetcat doesn't dig the indian food so I have to sneak off when she's not looking  :driving:)

:surprised: how did you know? I got my order to go and the bartender was all "do you want a beer while you wait", and I was all "why yes I do, what do you recommend?" he was all "mmmmuble mmuble, but we're out of that so how 'bout some Taj Mahal?" and I was " hell yeah" then he brings out that big 'ole bottle and I down it in 10 minutes while my delicious food is being prepared, then I  :driving: home and devour the food.

You can only get buffet at lunch, no ordering off the menu.  Was pretty good.

At this point I don't know why we don't have the CCB.  I would say it could replace the politics board since it would be more popular, but then again, I don't want to have to see all that crap.

Just started to really utilize those 50 cent little tin cans of chipotles.  I chop them up and put them in pretty much everything now.  Such a wasted life I lived never utilizing them in the past.  I sometimes just scoop the adobo sauce they come in onto sandwiches and stuff.

i've never been a huge fan of the taste of chipotle in adobo and it's weird b/c i like peppers and i like smokey taste.  it's a riddle that goes unsolved.

That is a mystery.  To me it tastes like spicy bbq sauce....which I know you drink from a big gulp with a super fat mcdonalds straw.

Fellas, I think it may be a BW3 night tonight for the first round of the draft.

Question:  Is it just me, or are those buffalo popcorn shrimp delightful as heck?

that's what i'm saying, it kind of freaks me out.  might have to really shove some down and try to understand it better.

this isn't adobo.  It's dried chile's that I boiled and then food processed with the other indgredients .  I can't remember the name of the chile but I think's it's kind of like an anaheim(?).

The recipe is supposed to be a Chipotle copy.
