Ohio state is going to get the other at large before OU does
BCS Championship: Florida State vs Auburn
Rose: Stanford vs Michigan State
Orange: Ohio State vs Clemson
Sugar: Alabama vs Oklahoma
Fiesta: Baylor vs Central Florida
Orange gets first compensatory pick because of #1 FSU. However, Sugar works out a deal and takes Bama. Orange takes Ohio State. Orange gets first at large bid. Takes ACC team because of future bowl agreement (Clemson). Sugar gets next pick. They take OU because they'll be in the Top 14 (Probably 11 or 12), and they're our future partner with the SEC.
Really, it all boils down to whether or not the Sugar wants Oklahoma or Oregon. Because the Big 12 and SEC own the Sugar going forward, I'm sure Bowlsby and Slive will be more than happy to work out an arrangement that gets OU in the Sugar. They'll probably sell more tickets, too.
