Mixed, melted shredded cheeses (cheddar, jack, asadero, queso quesadilla) - Cheese must be applied in layers to hold it all together

Pickled Jalapenos
Red Onion
Cilantro
Diced Tomatos

Sour Cream
Lettuce

I enjoy salso but not with my nachos.
