Its painfully obvs that Emo needs to host a pak hunt and bring his dogs and manage them and provide the land and stuff.

Both sides of my grandparents have land around Eskridge and in the Flint Hills. I don't know if that's far enough west for Pheasant, but there's a lot of quail.
