Seriously though, our EPA should stop sending their EPA money borrowed from China. Reminds of the scene in Christmas Vacation where Clark offers to buy gifts for Eddie's family, and Eddie asks Clark to "get yourself something real nice" too. I bet the Chinese EPA got a good laugh when they received that grant. I hope they built another coal-fired power plan with it.
