i really hope snyder makes the whole lot of you clowns look like really stupid clowns by the end of the year and not just the normal clowns that you already are. i mean like really dumb clowns that are drooling and have poop stains on their clown get up and things of that nature.
I think this is more about the first 3 games and not the whole season. I could be wrong tho.  :dunno:

sometimes you have to take a step back to take three steps forward, but given that half this board (yourself included) is still in diapers i wouldn't expect them to understand that. rack me! daris out! badoooom, boom booom, booom booom boooom boooom boooom.

Well, yeah, you wouldn't be 3-0. You were team Waters.

3-0, no rough ridin' doubt.

Would only need to do one thing. Play S4ms every god damn snap, while running the play clock under 5 seconds every down. We'll hold the ball for 32-38 minutes every game, score every possession, and keep our shitty ass D off the field as much as possible. Blow outs.

seriously though, it's like some of you little twerps loved the foot(long)ball chili cheese coneys of last year and ate them up one after the other after the other but now you are in the hotdog factory watching the hotdogs being made and some guy just got his arm taken off by the rendering machine thingy or whatever and now you've decided that maybe you could make your own chili cheese coney at home with things in your cupboards and have it come out just as tastey. guess what dorks? you only have a box of kroger mac n cheese, half a bag of funyons and peanut butter. now would the funyons taste great? sure. but you'd go through that bag in five minutes and be left w/ peanut butter w/ no bread and mac n cheese with no butter, milk or electricity to boil water. meanwhile the factory down the street has cleaned up the machines, put the armless guy on paid leave and are putting out coneys again to the tune of 30 per minute. hungry? yep. have fun licking the peanut butter off your fingers because guess what? yeah that's right. all your dishes are dirty. but of course they are that's what she said.

I would have coached them to a loss in game one in order to motivate team to conclude every future game with a  :emawkid: :emawkid: :emawkid: WILDCAT VICTORY :emawkid: :emawkid: :emawkid:

I mean, I could have just told Dana to call the game with specific instructions to play Sams the entire time, and then gone and taken a 3 hour nap during each game, and we would be 3-0. I do think Bill will get better and there is a pretty good chance he will have better results the rest of the way than I could.

Yep, I would just tell the assistant coaches to do their thing with practices during the week and calling the game on the weekends, but I would start Moore/Truman/Davis/Burns/Life. We would be 3-0. Also, I would let the kids pick all the pre-game music so they would get superpumped and stuff. Tucks wouldn't like it, but they would like winning football games, so it would all even out.

I would have had the entire staff in the big conference room two hours before the game, and had them do trust-falls into each others' arms for 45 minutes.  We would then have a bio break for 5.  We'd then reconvene and break into teams of three and assemble children's bicycles (which we would later donate to MHS BBBS).  We'd do this right up until game time, allowing for a 5 minute standing-only debrief meeting (focusing on what worked well, and improvement opportunities).

Then, we would win the game.

I would do this over and over each week.

some people are slow to understand that the hotdogs are no longer kosher. they can't taste the beta-amyloid buildup(probably because they overcook the sausages on their fancy propane grills).

We would be 3-0,  ESPN would be calling Sams, Danny Football, and you guys would be watching the Vanier 2.0 web cams right now.

During the week, I would have Kenny Lannou carefully observe each coach and support staff member and note something "positive" that each contributed or performed that week.

I would have Kenny and his staff inscribe these on 3x5 note cards and deliver them to me the day before the game.

I would then hand deliver the cards to each assistant coach and staff member.  I would call them my "Gotcha Cards," as in I "gotcha" doing something well.

yes and here are the original dlineguys adjustments
1. sams starts ( obv)
2. burton in for toe miller
3. 2 te zone reads all day long
4. d rob getting an actual chance to truck people/splitting carries with "i need a great oline and qb" hubes.
5. hood starts in front of shaq
6. willis plays more ( rotates with bryant)
7. mueller gonna mueller - no change obv.
8. will davis in for truman
9. moore in for tre (still in charge of the brick) walker
10. morgan burns plays more on d.

Underrated post.  Pretty much nails every change we've discussed and would improve the team vastly.

I would have big ass poster boards to pretend to call in plays but really each play will be "Sams, run whatever you and your friends want to".

you would be 0-3 because you are stupid.
If you did not notice Gameday is not being hosted in Manhattan today or any other school in the Big XII, they’re in Fargo North Dakota.  Only a homer would be as pretentious to believe that NDSU is not a good team.  The rest of the nation knows that which is why they are considered better than over half the FBS teams this year.  So whose STUPID?
get off my message board
Good idea.   So I will conclude by saying that Texas has their reasons for being motivated to beat K-State tonight.  But K-State has a target on their back the remainder of the season.   I guarantee before each game they play,  opponent’s will be motivated not to lose to a team that was beaten on their home field by a FCS school, no matter if that team is about to 3-peat as national champions.  K-State’s biggest fans for the remainder of this season will be the state of North Dakota and many other FCS schools.

We should just go ahead and promote Dlineguyz to HC and call it a day.

Being better than half of the FBS doesn't make you a good team.

I am glad there are at least some realists on this forum.  You people playing fantasy football and pretending you could coach better can me show me your resumes.  Otherwise, you’re a bunch of armchair coaching wannabes.  It wasn’t that long ago before LHC LHC Bill Snyder came to K-State that the school was given the moniker “Futility U- America's Most Hapless Team” because your cumulated record was 299-510.
Coach Snyder has one half the number of games during his tenure than the school had won in 93 years.  In 2011 K-State was expected to finish 8th in the conference, they finished 2nd.  Last year K-State was expected to finish no higher than 6th, they won the conference championship.

You people act like blue chip players are knocking down the door to play in Manhattan.  I bet you no coach in the league would claim they could have done more with this program than Coach Snyder.  Oh I think they did, by honoring him as Coach of the Year. What a delusional thread.
