Almost went with Mizzou, but went with Georgia because they underachieve so incredibly.
At Georgia underachieving is relative to the conference they're in.No one has underachieved on the level that MU has, not even close.

Mizzou's football stadium is considerably bigger than Illinois' and is the only program in the state. Illinois has 3 FBS programs in the state (two of which combined for 20+ wins last year). Also, Illinois went to a BCS bowl in 2007.
