Snyder knew Texas couldn't stop the run before we knew what Klein was.  He may have Waters start just to emphasize he is still the starting QB, but I can't imagine Sams getting less than 50% of the snaps.

Our defense is complete garbage and we're in the midst of QB controversy limiting our offensive production.  Nobody that has watched this team play this year should be suprised by this line at all.

In all fairness, NDSU was the best team we played so far.  They'd could win most lower divisions like the Sun Belt, MAC, etc.

We don't give them the credit they deserve.

That said, it's a fair line for a road game when you look at all of the factors.  I'd think +5.5 or something feels better, but it may get there eventually.

I don't think it's fair to make definitive statements until Sams plays a full game.

I think the team looks completely different if that happens.  Maybe not enough to beat them, but you never know.  Sams has home run potential every play.  That would make those games pretty unpredictable.
