Just like NDSU, Weis will scheme for this game like no other.  It may mean he gets to keep his job with this win.

The thing about Weis, and what makes Ku so incredibly stupid, is he gets paid the same whether they win or lose, whether he gets fired today or coaches all 5 seasons.  He has no incentive to care, and being a fat lazy sack of crap, he probably wants to get fired.

I watched a good chunk of the Rice-KU game, while it certainly wasn't great for KU, I didn't think there was any part of it that was embarrassing.   KU's defense played pretty well.

My last Observo is, and I've said it before, but Chaz Weis just looks like a guy going through the motions collecting a pay check, and maybe it was just me, but the players on KU's sidelines looked to be doing a lot of chit-chatting and laughing.   I don't know if this means anything but I just get the feeling that the Chaz Weis culture is not a fit for the college game.

I didn't watch the game, but it was definitely embarrassing because they have lost 2 straight to Rice. It's not as bad as losing to an FCS team by a long shot, but KU only gets to play in 3, maybe 4 games all year where they have better talent than the opposition. They are now 1-1 in those games and probably won't win the other two because Weis is such an awful head coach.
