...but your fans rushed the field against my Cyclones in 2005 tho.

point being?

Photos such as the one displayed above give the impression that your fans have a high standard of excellence and only expect the best... and then they rush the field against a program with far less history, exposure, money and tradition. Then again, KU Football and KU Basketball fans are rarely the same person. Only a few people can be as elite as OregonSmock.

ISu and ku have very similar football history

That was a very nice way of putting it, Havs.  My response would be more along the lines of classless ku football fans rushing the field because they are such desperate losers.

Let's face it, folks.  Both of our respective schools have recently paid for the North Dakota State Fighting Bison to come to our town, beat our football team, defile our women, and pillage our drinking establishments.  We got Bison'd.  Time to accept it and move on.

Spracne is pretty legit.  It would be nice if he and OregonSmock would give Timfuck some bbs lessons but he'd probably still eff it up on a regular basis. :th_twocents:

I was at that Iowa State game in 2005, and the win guaranteed KU's first non-losing season since 1995.  We didn't rush the field just because we beat Iowa State.

Don't follow ku football that closely, but your explanation sounds reasonable.

If we are talking basketball, I can't think of a single acceptable time to rush our home court.  Now football, if we get our first conference win in 2+ years at home this year, I hope we rush the field.  Small timey? Don't care.  Have you seen that pile of crap out there?  It would be a sign of some energy and excitement back into the program.

How did they skim all the scum and algae off Potter's Pond, or did those "kids" all go home with infections?

They skim and shock the pond before every home game, just in case we pull the upset. They're probably out there right now, skimming, shocking, waiting...
